We are delighted to announce that Juliette Robin has joined our team as an associate!

Juliette is joining the firm’s M&A, corporate governance and securities law practice alongside Eole Rapone and Abeba Debaudre Negga.

Juliette holds a Master's degree in Economic Law (Business, Markets and Regulations) from the Law School of Sciences Po, and was admitted to the Paris Bar after being sworn in on March 24th

Before joining Emeriane Avocats, Juliette completed several internships within leading business law firms’ corporate/M&A and litigation departments (Gide, Orrick, LPA-CGR), as well as within the Issuers Department of the Autorité des marchés financiers (French Financial Markets Authority)

At Emeriane Avocats, Juliette will assist our clients with matters relating to corporate law, securities regulation and corporate governance. She will notably be involved in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions and equity investments in France and abroad, and will advise listed companies and their governance bodies on all corporate governance and financial communication matters
