Emeriane Avocats, counsel to Getlink in its equity investment in Nabu

Founded in 2022, Nabu is an artificial intelligence platform that automates customs formalities for international trade players, transforming documents and client instructions into declarations ready for submission to authorities, with faster processing times and a drastic reduction in errors.

Getlink, already a user of the platform, has taken an equity stake in the start-up as part of a €3 million funding round, alongside Nabu’s existing investors, including Maersk Growth, the corporate venture arm of the global container transport leader.

This transaction is part of Getlink Group’s strategy to strengthen its expertise in smart border solutions, following its acquisitions of ChannelPorts Ltd in 2024, Associated Shipping Agencies (ASA), Boulogne International Maritime Services (BIMS), and C4A in 2025.
