Elisa Lirot

Before joining Emeriane Avocats, Elisa spent two years with an international law firm in France, where she was involved in structuring and implementing private equity and M&A transactions, and advised listed companies on corporate governance matter.

Convinced that corporate growth can no longer be considered without regard to sustainability considerations that are taking into account today's social, societal and environmental challenges, Elisa joined Emeriane Avocats to help companies integrate these matters into their growth strategy. She also advises them on the various legal issues relating to their corporate life and/or significant transactions.
