Eole cofounded Emeriane Avocats after spending seven years at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, where he advised clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, intragroup reorganizations and capital markets transactions.

Eole advises listed and non-listed companies over the long term on all milestones of their corporate life as well as on all matters related to corporate governance, stakeholder relations and financial communication.
