Juliette Robin

Juliette advises listed and non-listed companies on corporate law, securities regulations and corporate governance.

She is mainly involved in structuring and negotiating M&A transactions and equity investments in France and abroad.

Juliette also advises listed companies and their governing bodies on capital markets transactions, as well as throughout their corporate life on matters related to governance and financial communication.

Before joining Emeriane Avocats, Juliette gained experience through several internships in the Corporate/M&A and Litigation departments of leading law firms in Paris, as well as within the Issuers Division (Direction des Emetteurs) of the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des Marchés Financiers).
